Previous to becoming a painter I spent 25 years in sales and marketing for various corporations and know that the key to success in any business is offering a quality product at a competitive price along with outstanding customer service. I left the corporate world because all too often I felt that I was not in control of these three principles to success, quality, service and price. I decided to start a new company and finally work for a company in the way, a fair way, that I had always envisioned.
All of my past experience motivated me to start an employee owned company where everyone has a vested interest in the company’s success. I was completely determined to create a business environment where no one is higher up and everyone benefits from the hard work they contribute. So now we take great pride in quality workmanship and stand behind all of the projects we complete. You have our employee owned personal guarantee!
Evergreen Painters has only qualified experienced painters working on your project! There are a lot of painters that will hire cheap and inexperienced labor to work on your project. Too many painting contractors will tell you that they have high standards for quality workmanship but then send out their temporary, inexperienced workers to work on your project. They spend a majority of their time trying to maintain quality control with workers that are new to the company hoping to maximize profit while sacrificing quality on your project.
The biggest contributing factor to achieving great painting results is a knowledgeable dedication to thorough surface preparation. There are a lot of painting contractors that simply skip steps in the process in order get through the project quickly thusly cheating the customer out of proper painting techniques. We prepare all wood surfaces to insure a long lasting and beautiful finish. Less diligent painters will skim sand or only pressure wash surfaces prior to applying paint. When it comes to scope of work, get it in writing! We put it in writing and it is our promise to all of our client’s, that we are determined and dedicated to thorough surface preparation.
