Tom moved to Colorado for his love of the mountains, figuring that he might as well live where he likes to play. Tom managed sales for a family owned log home company for six years and then worked for a reputable Evergreen painting business for another four years after that. In 2010 Tom decided to start his own company and finally work for a company in the way he had always envisioned. All of his past experience motivated him to start an employee owned company where everyone has a vested interest in the company’s success. Tom was completely determined to create a business environment where no one is higher up and everyone benefits from the hard work they contribute.
“I have never understood why the majority of employers think that an employee is going to be completely dedicated if all they receive in return for their hard work is a pat on the back or a 5% raise and a small Christmas bonus. Especially as the owner is leaving for the weekend to their vacation home, in their $100,000.00 sports car. Share the wealth people.”
When Tom is not painting he enjoys playing on his drum set, barbequeing on his smoker and entertaining friends for dinner.
