This is the warranty from the paint manufacturer of the paint. This warranty covers defects or product failures caused by defective product. The manufacturers warranty does not cover faulty workmanship or environmental causes like hail damage.
After two years it is virtually impossible to prove that any paint is defective. Most of the time your house will not need to get painted until long after the manufacturers warranty has expired. This warranty has it value but we offer a more comprehensive warranty.
Our warranty is a much more comprehensive warranty that adds additional value to your painting investment. We are a reputable company and we stand behind our work. That is why we offer an 8 year warranty on workmanship as well as for the painting products we supply.
There are some exclusions to our warranty as most warrantees have them. Some examples are weather damage, foundation settling, remodeling projects that cause damage after painting.
We provide all of our clients with a full written warranty certificate that outlines all of the inclusions and exclusions before any work begins.
