Scope of Work
Full exterior stucco walls, trim and garage doors. Restore and restain corbels, fascia, shutters and trim. Restore and repstorage building.
Challenges
We had to be very carful not to damage any of the roof somewhat fragile roof tiles. Painting stucco requires quite a bit of extra paint and one has to be certain to spray onto the wall from several angles as well as applying extensive back rolling. A good portion of the fascia had to be sanded down to eliminate sun damaged wood.
