Scope of Work
Paint all window sashes and trim, all doors and trim, all soffit, fascia and horizontal gutters in black.
Challenges
All the surfaces to be painted black where up against the main body of the house that was stucco. It is always a challenge to mask off to stucco. We have to use really strong adhesive tape to get it to stick. This kind of project requires a lot of masking off for very little surface area that is actually painted.
