Scope of Work
Prep and paint entire exterior, walls, trim and facia.
Challenges
The whole southern side of the house had extreme sun damage. The tanans had raised out onto the surface of the wood so much that the wood was almost black in appearance. We had to remove all of the old stain, bleach and then sand the wood surfaces before priming and then applying two coats of Benjamin Moore Arborcoat solid siding stain.
