Scope of Work
Prep and paint entire exterior, walls, trim, fascia and deck system.
Challenges
The siding and window sills were extremely warm out and sun damaged. We had to sand large portions of the siding to take off the old paint and smooth out the raised grain. I wish some of our clients would not wait so long to recoat their home. The extra costs involved in prepping sun damaged wood can add up rather quickly.
