Exterior July Project
Painting the exterior of this house required an extensive amount of precarious ladder sets. We had to be carful not to damage any of the roof tiles. We also had to keep an eye out for errant golf balls.
Exterior August Project
The siding and window sills were extremely warm out and sun damaged. We had to sand large portions of the siding to take off the old paint and smooth out the raised grain. I wish some of our clients would not wait so long to recoat their home.
Island Project
We had to be very carful not to damage any of the roof somewhat fragile roof tiles. Painting stucco requires quite a bit of extra paint and one has to be certain to spray onto the wall from several angles as well as applying extensive back rolling.
